Mélanie is a culinary consultant in catering, Christelle is an event project manager.
It was around an aperitif dinner on the beach in Biarritz, in the Basque Country, that they decided to embark on the design of a French Grazing board embellished with AOP cheeses and certified charcuterie, selecting the best craftsmen and local products.
Origins, terroirs, and pairings are chosen for their flavors, textures and taste.
Bucolic, colorful, sweet and savory aperitif boards, to share in a friendly atmosphere, with family, at home, with friends, at the beach, at the office, after work, or simply to celebrate a special event.
Cheese is popular and fun, but still considered elegant, which is why they invite French chefs to come and sign gourmet flowery boards for the launch of their concept in Biarritz and Los Angeles.
